Description
This broccoli salad with raisins combines the crunch of fresh broccoli and sunflower seeds with the sweetness of raisins and the savory taste of bacon, all tossed in a creamy dressing.
Ingredients

4 cups broccoli florets
3/4 cup raisins
5 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp white vinegar
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss together broccoli florets, sunflower seeds, raisins and bacon crumbles.
- In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, white vinegar and black pepper. Whisk until combined.
- Pour dressing over the broccoli mixture and stir well to combine evenly.
- Enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
