Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix together 1 ½ cups flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract and sour cream.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in the chopped apples.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
- For the crumb topping, in a separate bowl, combine 1 cup flour, cinnamon, and salt. Add cold butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar; mix until crumbly.

- While the cake cools, prepare the drizzle by melting butter in a saucepan. Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, milk, and salt until smooth.
